Together We Will Work Toward the Revitalization of Downtown Morgantown
Main Street Morgantown is a "grass roots" organization governed by a Board of Directors and staffed by an Executive Director. Four committees form the heart of the organization. Together these committees work to provide a free flowing, efficient form of volunteerism.
Economic Restructuring Committee
This committee works to strengthen downtown's existing economic assets while diversifying its economic base through workshops, recruitment and implementation of new space.
This committee works to create a positive image of the downtown to attract customers and investors and rekindle community pride in the downtown.
This committee works to enhance the visual qualities of downtown with buildings, storefronts, landscaping, window displays and all ohter physical elements.
This committee works to form a partnership between the public and private sectors to work towards the same goal.
